What currency is the price in?
We are based in Singapore and our prices are in Singapore dollars.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. Please use the Bank Transfer option on checkout, and indicate "International Shipping" in the comments. We will contact you to inform you of the shipping cost.

How much is local shipping cost within Singapore?
Enjoy free shipping for orders above $70. All other orders have a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.80.

How will I know if the item is a pre-order item?
Any item which is not currently in stock, but is available on a pre-order basis, is labelled as a "Pre-Order Item" in the listing's description. Please note the extended shipping times for these items (see below).

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Due to supplying constraints on overseas shipping, all orders will take about 2 weeks to process. Please email us should you require an urgent shipment. Thank you for your understanding! Pre-order items will be shipped between 4 to 6 weeks.

Is self-collection available?
You have the option of self-collection from the Pasir Ris area. Please choose the "Self Collection" option on checkout.

What is your returns policy?
You may return an item for a full refund, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are only able to exchange an item if it is defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
